I recently stayed at PAM Thermal & SPA Hotel in Pamukkale, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The facilities were spotless, with daily room cleaning ensuring everything was fresh and comfortable. The highlight was the thermal pools—both warm and hot water options were perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. After a day of exploring, soaking in the pools was pure bliss. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Breakfast and dinner were a treat every day, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. There were also free activities like table tennis, which added a fun touch to our stay. The overall service was nothing short of marvelous, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. There is a lot to like - we specifically loved that there are these thermal springs right on property, making it trivially easy to enjoy them at the end of the day or the start of the day. One of the days, we also had live entertainment playing lovely Turkish music. The staff is friendly, just that you would need Google Translate to translate from English to Turkish.

Thermal waters were great, lived the option for in room thermal water, food was pretty good- enjoyed all the fresh vegetables, staff friendly considering they get a lot of big bus groups staying one night. There were nice BioGeometry designs that pull in healing energy.

If you are going to Pamukkale in the peak season, after 9:00 am it is super crowded all day! I suggest getting there late in the day and spending the night. So that you can get to the gates right when it opens at 6:30. First you have the place pretty much to yourself, but even better you have a glorious view of all the hot air balloons!! We have been doing a road trip through Turkey, so arriving at the Pam Thermal Hotel was a wonderful break! It is a large hotel, with nice facilities a great pool....bar by the pool and even better the thermal pools with mud that you can smear all over. There was also a pool table, ping pong table and foosball to entertain yourself. It was a great value in my opinion! The room was spacious and comfortable. The room included not just breakfast, but also dinner and a belly dancing performance after dinner! Great way to spend a day since there is not much to do in the area in general except for the terraces.
